The Rapid App was the result of a comprehensive UX feasibility study conducted for an emergency response team based in Glasgow. The team needed an app to replace their traditional paper-based data collection forms used during rescue operations and emergency situations. The project centered on developing a mission management system that seamlessly integrated with their existing communications infrastructure and asset management, providing a modern solution to enhance efficiency and coordination during critical operations.
